Fredericksburg Civil War Trip
The Blue and Gray Education Society and the Yellow Ribbon Fund sponsored an all-day trip to Fredericksburg, Virginia, the site of an important Civil War Battle in 1862, on Saturday March 29th.
Mike Miller, the archivist for the Marine Corps, led 21 service members and their family members on a spirited tour of the town. He also drew universal lessons from the battle. According to Mike, "Weapons have changed, technology has changed, but people remain the same."
