The Yellow Ribbon Fund
The Yellow Ribbon Fund was created in early 2005 to assist our injured service members and their families while they recuperate at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center and the National Naval Medical Center. Our mission began when the father of an injured Marine introduced two of our volunteers to staff at Walter Reed and Bethesda Naval and they told us what needs were not met by other donors.
Mologne House Courtyard Grand Opening May 3
In less than six months, the Mologne House courtyard and patio program has been completed and is now open for use. With several gas grills and 10,000 square feet of beautifully bricked patio, this is a fantastic addition that will help with the daily life and rehabilitation for hundreds of injured servicemen and women, and their families. On May 3, a formal opening and ribbon cutting ceremony will take place in the Courtyard. Return to the website to see updates on our activities.
Our Walk of Appreciation continues to attract supporters who wish to honor a loved one. Click on the presentation below to learn more about the Courtyard and the Walk of Appreciation.
